                          In this chapter, we will explore the captivating world of mythology and folklore,
                          discovering how these ancient stories teach valuable life lessons and reflect the
                          rich cultures from which they come. Through these tales, we’ll learn about the
                          wisdom passed down through generations and how it shapes our understanding
                          of the world.



            Every  culture  is  rich  with  colourful

            mythological stories and folklore. In
            some  way  they  reflect  the  society
            and  the  people  to  which  they

            belong.  Their  main  purpose  is
            to pass on the information and
            wisdom  of  human  experience

            from generation to generation.
            Grandparents    are    the
            ‘original  educators’  who

            use the technology of
            oral  tradition’  to  teach
            the young ones about

            both  social    values
            and  environmental
            knowledge.

            These stories are
            meant  to  instil
