enlightenment in Hinduism and Buddhism.
CYPRESS TREE
Where it’s found: Mediterranean region, North
America, and Asia
Famous for: Its tall, narrow form, often associated
with ancient forests and cemeteries.
Symbolism: Immortality and mourning,
particularly in Mediterranean cultures.
BAOBAB TREE
Where it’s found: Africa, Madagascar, and
Australia
Famous for: Its massive trunk, often called
the “tree of life,” storing water and providing
food and shelter to animals and humans.
Symbolism: Resilience, survival, and
