How does a bicycle headlight work ?
Certain bicycle lights are
connected by wire to a
generator. One of the wheel
is touched by this source of
power. The generator can
produce enough electricity to
make the bicycle light work
when the wheel turns.

How is the electricity made ?
When the bicycle is moving, the tyre makes the generator shaft turn. There is a magnet at the other end
of the shaft. When this magnet turns inside some coils, a flow of current i.e. electricity is produced.
