Who Can Request a Return?
- Only books purchased directly from Deepak Publishers are eligible.
- Returns are available for educational titles ranging from LKG to Class 12.
- A request must be placed within 30 days of the purchase date.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Books must remain unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
- No physical damage, writing, or markings should be present.
- Any supplementary material (such as CDs, inserts, or access codes) must be included.
How to Initiate a Return
- Reach out to our Customer Care team within 30 days of your purchase.
- Provide your order information (order number, purchase date, and details of the book(s) you wish to return).
- Our team will guide you through the process and issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA) for tracking purposes.
Packaging & Shipping Guidelines
- Please ensure the books are packed safely, preferably in their original packaging, to avoid damage during transit.
- Clearly mention the RMA number on the package before shipping.
- Ship the parcel to the return address shared by our Customer Care team.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Once the returned book(s) are received and inspected, we will process your request.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the requested book is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Books that have been opened, used, written in, or damaged.
- Products not returned in their original condition.
