used in almost every part of our daily lives, from
school to work to entertainment.

Vaccines are medicines that help protect us
from harmful diseases. Edward Jenner invented
the first smallpox vaccine.
How did it change the world?
Vaccines have saved millions of lives by
preventing dangerous diseases. They help
people to stay healthy, especially children.
