At just 9 years old, he co-founded a nonprofit called
Lil’ MDGs. It helps involve children in solving big
global issues, like poverty and education, through

digital media. His organization supports the United
Nations Millennium Development Goals and shows
how even kids can help the world.

Born in 1996 and diagnosed with cancer as a

baby, she started a lemonade stand at age 4 to
raise money for doctors helping sick kids. Her
stand raised $2,000 and later became the famous
Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, which
now raises millions to fight childhood cancer.

In 1998, at just 6 years old, he learned that many kids
in Africa had to walk far every day just to get water. He
wanted to help, so he raised money through chores and

speaking. By age 7, he built a well in Uganda. His project
became the Ryan’s Well Foundation, which has given
clean water to over 700,000 people in many countries.
