In what way does a vacuum cleaner pick up dust ?
Have a drink by using a straw in a
glass of juice. The straw fills with
juice, as you suck the air out. A
vacuum cleaner works this way too.
As the vacuum sucks out the air, it
pulls in dirt and dust.
Suction Head —
Section placed right
above the dust, waste
or anything else you
want to clean up, is
called the suction
head. You can use
heads of various sizes
depending on where
you want to clean.
