Yoga originated in ancient India over 5,000
years ago as a spiritual and philosophical
practice aimed at uniting the body, mind,
and soul. It was deeply rooted in the Vedas
            and Upanishads, later systematized by
Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. Traditionally, it was
            practiced for self-realization and spiritual
            growth.
