Slide Pane (Thumbnails Pane)

On the left-hand side of the window is the Slide Pane, which shows small thumbnail

versions of all the slides in a presentation. It allows users to select, rearrange, delete, or
            duplicate slides easily.

            Slide Workspace (Slide Pane)
The Slide Workspace is the main area in the center where the selected slide is displayed.

This is where users design, edit, and add content such as text, images, videos, charts, and
            shapes.

            Notes Pane

At the bottom of the Slide Workspace lies the Notes Pane. It allows the presenter to add
speaker notes or extra information related to the slide.

            Status Bar

The Status Bar runs along the bottom of the window. It provides information about the
presentation, such as the current slide number, total slides, applied theme, language, and
            view settings.

            View Buttons

Next to the Status Bar, on the right-hand side, are the View Buttons. These buttons allow
users to switch between different views such as Normal View, Slide Sorter, Reading View, and
Slide Show. Each view serves a different purpose in creating and delivering presentations.

            Zoom Slider

Also at the bottom-right corner is the Zoom Slider. It helps users zoom in to work on slide

details or zoom out to view the entire slide at once.

            File Tab (Backstage View)

The File Tab, found at the extreme left of the Ribbon, opens the Backstage View. This
section contains essential commands such as New, Open, Save, Save As, Print, Share,

            Export, and Options.
