Viewing Comments

            To see the comments that have been added to a presentation, you have two options:

              1.  Go to the Review tab and, in the Comments group, click on Show Comments.
              2.  Alternatively, simply click on the comment icon (a small speech bubble) that appears

                  on the slide itself.

            Deleting Comments

            To remove a comment, follow these steps:

              1.  Select the comment you wish to delete, either by clicking on it in the Comments
                  pane or by clicking its icon on the slide.

              2.  Navigate to the Review tab.

              3.  In the Comments group, click the Delete button.
                  You  can  choose  to  delete  just  the  selected  comment  or  all  comments  in  the
                  presentation at once.

                 Don’t overuse animations; they should enhance understanding, not distract.








                           1.  PowerPoint is a software for creating visual presentations.
                           2.  It uses slides to organize Information.

                           3.  Themes provide a consistent design with colors and fonts.

                           4.  Layouts are pre-arranged placeholders for content.
                           5.  You can add text boxes to type information.

                           6.  Insert pictures and images onto slides.

                           7.  Add charts to show data visually.

                       Explain the different types of slide layouts to the students.
