MS Word is a word
processing program Play and Learn
that helps you to write,
edit, and design your
words.
We can also type letters,
words, sentences, and
numbers on it.
Think of it like a magical notebook on your computer where you can type
stories, make greeting cards, or do schoolwork.
Just like you use a pencil and notebook to write in school, MS Word lets
you type using the keyboard and see it on the computer screen.
How to Open MS Word
1. Click on the Start Button on your computer.
(The Start menu appears with a list of all applications.)
2. Click on MS Word or look for the blue "W" icon.
(The Word window opens and displays its Start screen.)
3. Click on a blank white page called a Document.
(An empty document opens named Document1.)
