sheets, mailing labels, and newsletters.

MS Word 2021 has a very simple and easy-to-use interface. The Ribbon at the top provides
all the tools in a well-arranged manner.

It allows users to create new documents and also edit existing ones. Users can write,
delete, copy, paste, and change the text in many ways.

Word 2021 offers different fonts, sizes, colors,
and styles to make the document look attractive.

4. Tables and Charts

Word allows the creation of tables to organize
data in rows and columns. Users can also insert

charts to present information visually.
